JOB INTERVIEW

In the recruitment of employees in the company, we as applicants must follow several steps to be able to work in the company. The first step, we apply a job request to the company and the company immediately make file selection stage whether the prospective applicant meets the requirements of the enterprise IT wants it or not. and further prospective applicants will wait for a confirmation call to the next stage.

If we request the application meets the requirements needed company, certainly from the company will contact us. After the company contacted us, we follow the next stage of the test phase of the company. The earliest stages of testing in the enterprise is an IQ test. In this stage we are an applicant will be given the questions that tested the ability of our IQ. And after knowing the results of IQ tests that the company can directly select the candidates for the next round of applicants in accordance with the standards they use. After knowing anyone who can go to the next stage, the company will select the candidate applicants through the interview.

Interview test on each company varies depending on how the question is how the HR provide questions to us. But based on experience I can, to the interview stage is actually more likely to discuss our personal self. either identity, work experience, activities and so on.
talk about the interview. My experince interview test time is : First of all I tell my identity first, from the name , origin , place of residence and so on . The next question will be given by the HRD. My status to date is a student. Not many companies are willing to accept their employees to work while in college.

Because companies are not so willing to take the risk, because it is usually for employees working and going to school is definitely one of these activities will be abandoned. And at the time of the interview I finally asked " why did you graduate in 2010 to apply new now ? activity you for this what ? ". Because I do not want the company to know that I was a student . I replied to my question is that my activity as long as it is a private teacher . I happened to be at home and it teaches children elementary , junior high school or vocational school that if it is less understood for lessons delivered by teachers in schools. Actually not also say private teacher , I just helped only while honing my knowledge back. But the parents gave me a sign of gratitude in the form of cash reward. and they say that his private study with me.then asked about the experience during this work, and then asked "if you know where the company is looking to recruit?" The next question is about the company. "What do you know about this company? Well what was inside as well as employees? Structur organization you know what?". and I answer what I know. Questions were raised various questions to me. Even the things that we thought would not be questioned was questioned by the HRD. This probably all I can say about my experience during the test interview.

Interviewer : ”What is your name? Please introduce yourself to me”

Interviewee : “Thank you. My name Mayang Hadi Ratnawati, I was born in Jakarta, January 27, 1993. I am now 21 years old. I am the first child of two sisters. I live in Wanasari Jln Kartika. F5 no.24 yellow block V RT 001. RW 031. Cibitung-Bekasi.

Interviewer : “Where you graduate high school? and what year graduates?”

Interviewee : “I graduated from SMAN 1 Cibitung in 2010”

Interviewer  : “Do you have any job experiences?”

Interviewee : “I have no job experience”

Interviewer  : “Why? then what are you during this activity?”

Interviewee : “I had been studying at a private university (Univ. Gunadarma)”

Interviewer  : “Oh… what major you choose?”

Interviewee  : “I majored in management”

Interviewer  : “What is your motivation applying here?”

Interviewee  : “because I see the compactness of the team working at this company, and indeed I'm in need of a job”

Interviewer  : “Do you have any computer skills?”

Interviewee  : “yes. I have little expertise in operating a computer”

Interviewer  : “Ok good. what you can work as a team?”

Interviewee  : “Yes, I can”

Interviewer  : “Ok. how much salary do you want?”

Interviewee  : “I think the talk about salary every company has a standard salary for each part. at least according to local wage standards and in accordance with what I have given to the company”

A	:	Is that so? Do you have computer skills? Do you speak any other languages?
B	:	Yes, I do have computer skills. I can operate MS Office, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, and the internet. And I speak German, Spanish, Dutch, and French.
A	:	Wow... So interesting. Where did you learn all that?
B	:	I learn some it while in university but I also took courses.
A	:	This job requires a lot of traveling, what do you think about that? Is that a problem for you?
B	:	That won't be a problem at all. As a matter of fact, I love traveling.
A	:	Well then, you might the one we're looking for, Miss Dawson. I'll contact you as soon the board of directors make a decision about it. Our company needs a capable person who understands the duties as a public relation. I guess there's nothing more to say. I hope I'll be seeing you soon.
B	:	I hope so, Sir. Thank you for the interview. Good morning.

A	:	Good morning, Mr. David Jones. How are you this morning?
B	:	Good morning to you too, Sir. I am fine, thank you.
A	:	Are you ready for the job interview?
B	:	Yes, I am
A	:	How did you know about the job vacancy in this company? What interest you to apply as the marketing staff in this company?
B	:	I read the advertisement on Sunday edition of the Sun. I am interested to apply as a marketing staff because I love meeting new people. I can get new knowledge by meeting new people.
A	:	Do you have any experiences in the same field?
B		No, I don't have any experience, I am a fresh graduate from Cambridge University.
A	:	What do you know about this company?
B	:	I don't know much about this company because I haven't been long in Chicago, but from what I've heard, Riverdale is a well known even organizer here in Chicago. I'll be very happy and proud if I can be a part of the Riverdale team, Sir.
A	:	Do you have any ambition in your life that you want to achieve? If you do, what is it?
B	:	I would like to have my own business one day and be successful enterpreneur.
A	:	Are you aware that this position sometimes will need you to work overtime? Do you mind with that?
B	:	No, I don't mind working overtime, if that is one of my responsibilities as a marketing staff. I also don't mind if this requires me to travel out of town.
A	:	Our company needs a confident person to be a part of our team, and I think you're the one. But before I make that decision, you will have to do a written test which is held in the next room.
B	:	Thank you for your time, Sir. I hope we'll be in touch very soon.
A	:	Good bye, Mr. Jones. And good luck for the written test.
